so I click on the little help thing on the desktop - and this white box comes up (as the help thing should) but there is nothing where it should be helping me. I put in something to ask for help, and nothing comes up. Why is this happening?

My guess is that its trying to access the net. Happens to me all the time. I use Little Snitch so I dont let the help app access the net. U might wanna disconnect the ethernet wire/modem wire or switch off airport and try opening the help again. It should work now.
QUOTE Thanks
