Calibrating a battery, Can you anytime

I looked at my battery health on istat pro and it reads 98%,

Once a battery is calibrated, (I tried before, apparently I messed up)

Can you re-do it?

I think that if the battery health is anywhere from 95%-98% it's perfectly normal. As long as you let the computer sit for about 4-5 hours with no charge to where the little glowing LED goes out, you calibrated it correctly.

My battery has a 98% health with a 99% charge.

I didnt wait for the blinking LED to go out, i started it up and shut it off and charged it...

oops.
