Hey all i just got a new puppy and he chewed through my power cord for my macbook... is there any chance of apple replacing this or am i out 80 bucks. the computers not a year old yet.

Same thing as spilling a soft drink on your keyboard: Apple isn't responsible for accidents. An analogy would be your dog chews up a seat in your GM car: is GM going to pay for the car seat?

And count yourself lucky your dog didn't electrocute itself and die.
