I want PDFs to open in Preview by default

I downloaded Adobe Reader 8 this morning and without thinking, set it to open all PDFs by default. After playing around with it for a few hours, I think I like Preview better because its faster. I have looked through the preferences for each app but cannot find a way to set Preview back to being my default PDF viewer.

Any ideas?

Find a PDF.
Get Info.
"Open with" section
Select Preview in the pop-up menu
Click "Change All..."
