G4 Video Card?

New to Mac. Have built PCs in the past but am somewhat challenged by Mac. I inherited a Power Mac G4 Quicksilver (7333MHz) and want to make upgrades to turn it into a decent gaming machine for my son.

Details:
Panther OS
12X CD-RW
GeForce2 MX agp 4x
40G HD

Any suggestions on a compatable video card upgrade that won't break the bank but still get the job done?
Aside from the video card upgrade what else should I do so he can use it as a decent gamer?
