I'm not sure how to get it to look like that, but you can buy and download ShapeShifter for $20. You can make OS X look as crazy as you want it to. You should also check out MacUpdate.com if you want to get some free applications that will change things up as well. Finally, you can try ClearDock, which is a free download that will make it so you can change your dock color or make it invisible. Hope these suggestions help!

If you want to see what Mac OS X can look like with all of that stuff, check out our August 2007 Desktop Thread.

Not really... I've got a clear dock at the bottom, and nothing but the file, edit, view bar i.e. nothing under it... and i have no widgets native in the desktop... I like the idea of that thin, black bar at the bottom... of there are any suggestions, please let me have it!!

    Thanks a ton!

Netty is exactly right. That pic only shows iPhoto, not a customized desktop of any kind.

    Haha.

I don't really want it to look like a WinOS. I was just wanting to see what people told me. I knew someone was going to tell me to just install it if i really wanted it.
