CD/DVD eject in windows ?!? HOW ??

I got an MacBook pro , in that model Cd-rom is integrated and eject button is F13 , how can i eject Cd-DVd in windows XP ? ( by pressing this button it do not ejects

START
My Computer
Right click on the CD icon, and select Eject.
