Hi Everyone!

do you know how long it takes to ship customized MBP... It says prepared for shipment - it means it is still in China or what? I really want to put my hands on it.

it is about a week since the order was placed...

It will be my firs Mac. It will run windows when I'm at work and OS X when I'm at home.

is someone using SolidWorks in Parallels or through BootCamp? what it feels like specially in Parallels?

Thanks in advance for reply

Looks pretty much how mine did. Hasn't shipped yet buddy, have patience! Tomorrow you should see that it's shipped and eventually, the delivery estimate will become one date and I've always found this to be extraordinarily accurate.

My customised Macbook took 2 weeks approx. and didn't ship immediately either.

We can wait together! Hopefully mine ships tomorrow as well and comes in the next week, or I'll be heart broken until it does arrive.

Looks like your new Mac will FLY, especially with 2 GB of RAM. You won't be disappointed.

It will likely come sooner than that. Actually, I'm banking on it, as I'm waiting for mine to move into the "Prepped for Shipment" stage and am eagerly anticipating it.

Are you serious? I haven't gotten notice yet... I'm kind of sad now. Wierd, my order is basically normal specs except I got the glossy screen and it says it hasn't shipped yet.
