I am thinking about switchin' to mac but i have to make sure i can get all my work done
I install, configure everything that has to do with Oracle, like application servers, database. So I need to conect via Telnet or secure shell in order to install apps from the terminal via tcp.
So i need to know if i can do that in the Mac.

Yes. OS X's Terminal has SSH built in. ANYTHING you can do under Linux/Unix...you can do with a Mac.
