When I Sign Into Mail Or Safari, I Have To Always Magnify My Font Because It's Too Small. Is There A Way To Permanently Change The Font To Stay The Size You Choose?

In mail, Mail > Preferences > Fonts and colors tab!

In safari, I think you can change it by

Safari > Preferences > Appearence
