Macbook & USB keyboard?

Will just any USB keyboard work with a macbook?

For example:

Well the requirements say PC with Windows XP, or Windows Vista is required. It'll probably still work on a Macbook but you will not be able to use all the hot keys and special features that come with the keyboard.
