To burn an Audio CD, use iTunes. Make a Playlist of what you want to burn and click burn.

    Welcome to the Forums.

All that is posted above is 100% correct. Just one thing. Make sure that you click on iTunes > Preferences > Advanced > Burning.

From there make sure Audio CD is selected instead of MP3.

    Enjoy your Mac.

What about DVDs? Do you just use a third-party program?

I also use the Burn.app, It's really really good. Don't get reeled in by toast. There are many alternatives that work better. Burn is one of those alternatives.
