MBP Student or General

Im currently a student and I was thinking of purchasing a MBP with the education discount but i also do a bit of freelancing and plan to use it after i finish studying to make money.

can i still buy it as a student?

From what I can tell, as long as you are currently a student you can get the discount.

Yeah. I mean, you're currently a student so you qualify for the discount. What you use it for, whether it be school, work, or just fun, is up to you. Even if there were rules against this how would they know what you are doing?

Is the OS different when it is bought under EDU. Meaning would it say EDU version or is it just the same?
