I had about the same problem with my msn.com account. I finally had to get my mail from hotmail.com. Hotmail doesn't work with the Mac format from what I was able to figure out. Hope this helps...

Hotmail (the free version) is not configured to work with desktop email clients, either on a Mac or PC. However, if you're using a Hotmail account that you created a few years ago, you can install the htppmail plugin for Mail that will let you use Hotmail in Mail. I've been using it for a couple years, and it works great. You need to have an older Hotmail account though, at least 4ish years old.

No, it doesn't - but you can use a program like MacFreePOPs as an intermediary to deliver webmail to your Mail client.

I use it for Yahoo, Gmail and Mail.com - it works very well.

Liquid and computers don't mix. It might seem simple, but we see an incredible amount of people post here about spills. Keep drinks and other liquids away from your expensive electronics!
