Try here. Very good tutorials and useful info available. Check out the different categories. Good place to start. Then for more, will recomend "The Missing Manual"

There's also a podcast called Mac Tips Daily from thinkmac.net. This is a great way to pick up little OS X tips and tricks.

I have the book and have read through lots of info on various sites, but wasn't aware of the podcasts. Thanks for pointing that out.

All of the above are good places to get information. You can also get some video tutorials at http://www.lynda.com.
They do charge by the month/year/etc., but for most tutorial plans, the first few lessons (which may be anywhere from 5-12 minutes or so) are free. Just watching the free ones for OS X and other Mac software can give you some helpful information and actually see how things are done.
