Mac Specs: 20" iMac

The Turtle! is offline
So when I first heard of candybar I saw something about iContainers where from what I remember you could just drag and drop a whole set of icons and BAM! theyre in and working...but I have NO IDEA how to do this, anyone care to help me out a bit?

I tried searching but couldn't really find anything.
