How do I access ComputerB on NetworkA?
For example on Windows \\NetworkA\ComputerB works on a Windows machine - what's the OS X equivalent? Thanks. |

Assuming that you activated a folder to share(in Windows), you can can try the following.
1) Go to Finder >Go > Connect to Server 2) Type smb://<IP Address of the ComputerB> (eg. smb://192.168.1.56) and hit enter. |
