Is there a way to get safafi to ask you where you want to download files to each time instead of having a single place

I get a window that asks me through a drop down where the webpage or file should go. Unless you are asking about the downloads?

I know that you can change the default download location from the Safari preferences, but I'm not sure how you would force it to ask you everytime you save a file.
