I'm getting a Macbook for Christmas and I can't wait. I just wanted to know if the built-in camera with iChat for video chatting?

That's correct, of course it works best if you're chatting Mac2Mac as you can have more than one video link, but it's possible to have a webcam linkup with a Windows buddy.

an interesting side not....apple stopped selling regular isight cameras today online.......

I assume that they are getting ready to put Cinema displays with integrated iSight cameras on the shelves soon. Let's hope so.
