hi, i just recently got myself a mac and for the past 2 months it's been working great until last night. last night i went to open Toast 7 which i've been using with out a problem for the past month or so and all of a sudden it won't open it just says program not responding and then i can't force quit it OR shut my Mac down

i've tried clearing the preferences already along with deleting it and re-installing it about 4 times i don't know what else is wrong everything else works fine but i can't get toast OR popcorn to open...anyone know what is wrong and what i can do?

thanks!
