hotmail wont allow to sign in

im new to apple macs, i installed mac messenger and it says i have new mail whe i click on the link it directs me to my hotmail account i enter my password but it keeps returning to the page that asks for my password. anyone else having this problem or is there a resolution to this?

I had some Hotmail issues when i started using my iBook, change to FireFox, it works much better than Safari (for Hotmail).

No problems here with Safari and hotmail, it works fine with both 'legacy' hotmail and the Windows Live Messenger.

Have you tried clearing your cache etc you must have some kind of error.

yea il give it a go, see what happens. cheers guys i installed firefox work fine on that.
