Brushed Metal "theme"

Trying to find a way of losing the brushed metal look to the finder window and maybe replacing it with something like you get in Firefox. I've been searchin through the forums but can't find anything - maybe my search terms are crappy!

Can this be done? Does anyone have any skins or know of any?
