I do not know what I may have accidentaly activated, but right now my Mac Mini is narrorating everything I do. I says everything I type, applications that I open, basically everything the mouse scrolls over is announced. How do i turn this feature off?

That's VoiceOver, which one of the accessibility options. Press command-F5 to turn it on and off.

no, no luck. I tried going into Speech (via system preferences) and also Voiceover Utility (via applications). neither of them seems to be what I'm looking for. This is soo annoying. I have to turn off my speakers. Seriously, when I find out how to shut this off I'm going to use it as a cruel joke on my friends' macs.

It's when it starts saying "What are you doing, Dave? I can't let you do that, Dave" that you need to worry ...
