    How do I install???
I have downloaded Openoffice 1.1 from the internet as I can't afford MS Office. I downloaded the ?tar and it unzipped itself to my desktop with some program called stuffit. On my desktop there is now a folder called '01' that I presume is the unzipped openoffice.

I opened the folder in finder and scrolled down to the icon (a black icon with a green squiggle in the top left corner) and double clicked on 'install'. Instead of installing, it says "There is no default application specified to open the document install".

What am I diong wrong? I really want to use this program but I have never installed anything on a Mac and am completely lost
