Need to open OS. 7 documents in OS X, How?

Hi, I have a bunch of files from my old Mac OS 7 that I would like to transfer to my new Macbook. The old Macwrite files can be opened on Office 2004 but Claris Works files and Escel files are impossible to open, having problems with the old quarkxpress files also. Any help will be appreciated, thankss!!.

ClarisWorks became AppleWorks, which runs on OS X.

Quark is a mess when it comes to opening old-version files. You actually have to move it up, version by version, from whatever you have to the latest version. Yes, you need every version in between.
