Where are the built-in iSight photos saved?

I've been tearing my hair out trying to work out where the image files from the built-in iSight camera on my iMac are located. Obviously I don't mean from Photo Booth or stuff imported to iPhoto - I'm wondering about the photo that iSight takes when you change your account user pic or iChat avatar. Is it saved somewhere obscure or am I being dumb?

I took a really good one and I want to save it!

I found where the iChat ones are: Library > Images > iChat Recent Pictures
