Newbie has question about iPhoto

Hi

I've got a question about iPhoto.

Whenever I open iPhoto now a screen pops up
that says --

"73 photos have been found in the iPhoto Library
that were not imported ---- 'Would you like to
import them?' "

This comes up every time every time I open iPhoto
whether I click "Yes" to import, or not.

What to do ?
