Hi

Just got my iMac Intel Duo up and running today. Very impressed !!

Time to get on the learning curve. I want to buy a manual
for Mac OS X Tiger. Something like a "Dummy" book or
the Mac OS Bible, etc.

What do you recommend ?

thanks kindly, Chris

the OSX missing manual for Tiger by David Pogue (check Amazon) is a good start, also cruising the search in these forums is a valuable tool

I say save your money and just play on your iMac and look in the forums for answers. Just use the search function and you can find what you need. Had my iMac for 2 weeks now, feel very comfortable with it.

I learnt my way around OS X (well the basic functions and stuff) in about 2 hours. I just clicked around in menus and system preferences and I am getting more confident with using it now.
