    MBP 1.83GHz, 1.5GB RAM
I love my MBP so much that I actually just finished rearranging my entire desk. I now have my MBP where my desktop monitor was, and the desktop stuff where the MBP was (I have an L-shaped desk). Now I can use my 24" Dell monitor as a secondary monitor for the MBP when I'm not using the Windows box

    Excellent story, b.hicks

I purchased a new Intel iMac about a month ago. Now the only thng I use my Xp laptop for is when I need to view/listen to windows media files. About once or twice a week maybe.

Anyone know how to deal with wma/wmf.wm? files on these new Mac's?

That was great! All the best to you. All I can say is that I can relate. Its nice to get a machine that just works and you fall in love, right?

Sadly, the thread you are responding to (which had a GREAT story to kick it off) was last updated in 2006, so either the OP has moved on ... or is a regular here by now!
