I am new to macs and pc's in general. I currently have i-tunes hooked up to my stereo speakers and i am wondering if i can play quicktime movie trailers and other mac sounds through the mac.

sorry if i am being an idiot here but i am trying to learn honest.

I would have thought it possible but having never tried it I can't be sure. I would suggest that the best way to find out is to try.
