I'm looking for a software that will rip DVD's into MP3's, I have a bunch of DVD concerts that would like to turn them into MP3's. If anyone know how to do this in Mac let me know, thanks.

Handbrake should do the trick.

Err...this will rip the DVD to MP4 (misread the post :dummy: ). You then need to use something else to pull out the audio from the MP4. Try ffmpegX http://homepage.mac.com/major4/

Or, if you can't be bothered waiting to convert all the files etc and just want to record parts of the dvd you could just use wiretap. The output quality is fairly good:

Just open the dvd, play it and hit record. Outputs in aiff quality...

Audio Hijack will work too they will let you have a trial and i think its only 16 dollars to buy, with many formats to record to like aac or mp3 and they are bookmarkable. http://www.rogueamoeba.com/audiohijack/

For a free solution to cut up the mp3s, you could try the open source Audacity http://audacity.sourceforge.net/
