Uploading Pictures from a CD

Hey guys how exactly do I upload pictures that are on a cd from my old computer to the hard drive on the mac?

you should just be able to drag and drop them into whatever folder you'd like. i now when i did this i just used the 'import' feature in iphoto to load them.

Yeah it's best if you import it from within iPhoto, if you plan to use iPhoto. If you do, NEVER mess with folders anymore, that will result in frustration and errors with iphoto.
