can i download directly to a usb?

I have a laptop at home and I recently did a hard drive wipe, I am downloading windows software but I only have access to a work pc. can I download these file to a usb directly from the site without having to bypass the admin password?

Why would you need the admin password to access the USB drive? Unless that's how your work PC as been set up? If so, that is what is..

As far as downloading to a USB goes, you can select any place to download to in your browser..it doesn't just have to be on your HD..
