[]I have lost all my pictures on PS Elements 11 organizer. I wanted to try a System Restore point but dont know how to do it on my Mac ?? Can anyone help

Do you have any kind of backups of your data ?
I don't know what version of the OS you are running, but if you have used Time Machine, you can easily do point-in-time restores of your data.

Your Mac doesn't use System Restore, that's a Windows thing. If you made a Time Machine backup as McBie stated, you can recover your system. No backup, no recovery.
