Yes, the new Macs still uses the UNIX underbelly that makes OSX so stable, and that's all MacJanitor is, a bunch of shell scripts with a GUI wrapper.
So, yes, it should still work, albeit slower, if it's being emulated with Rosetta. Maybe they'll come out with a universal binary soon. I try to Command+Shift+/ when I can. They're - Their - There | Two - Too - To | You're - Your | MAC - Mac I was on the M-F honor roll for October, 2006.
