When I save an image from the web, it shrinks automatically. How do I fix this?

You have verified the pixel size of the image before and after?
Pixel size on the web is what and after it is save the pixel size is what?

Not just the appearance of it's size on your screen.

I cannot be held responsible for the things that come out of my mouth.

Hello, agree that you need to provide more information: 1) Assume that you are trying to 'Save as..' images from the web; and 2) Once named are these just being put into your 'Pictures' folder? Are you doing anything in-between these steps? Also, make sure that your are not saving 'thumbnails' of the larger images desired. Please provide some more information -
