Download and install Chrome. It's a 32 bit browser and includes Java. Download from here.

Any browser can be run in 32bit mode if you right click it > Get Info > Open in 32-bit mode.

Java 7 won't work in Chrome since Java is built as a 64-bit application and Chrome is only a 32-bit application. So, I suppose my question is "what problem are you running into?" I ask since Java, as I mentioned, is 64-bit and won't run in a 32-bit application.

chscag, Chrome only includes Flash.
