I can't get the App Store to open on my iPhone 4(6.1.2) I even restored it as the window for 6.1.2 is still open as I need to have an untethered jailbreak and even tried to reset all settings and network settings but without joy,and its the same on my iPad 3(6.1.2) AppStore won't open or iTunes in my iPad 3 so if anybody has a fix for this let me know please.

Jailbreaks are NOTORIOUS for breaking the App Store and iTunes. Sorry I don't have a fix for you, except to suggest that you reset the devices entirely and a) see if everything works before re-applying the JB, then carefully reapplying the JB. If all else fails, check with any forums associated with the Evasi0n JB.
QUOTE Thanks
