    blocked plug ins
    I completed my taxes using "Free File Alliance" and saved it to my hard drive. When I went to open, I got the "blocked plugin" message. Why? and what to do? That was two hours of work! Thanks

    I'm going to guess that you're using Safari and that you need Flash or Java to view the content. If so, make sure each of those plugins is up to date. Go here for Flash and here for Java.
