PowerMac G5
In the next few weeks, I will be purchasing an iMac and I am wondering what to do with my old PowerMac G5. Any good suggestions?

G'day and welcome to the forums.
Contact local church youth groups etc and find a youngster from a disadvantaged home. Of course you always have the option of auctioning it on eBay etc., but you have to consider where you may have to despatch it to, the costs involved and likehood of damage as they are big units.Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!

Well you can donate it, sell it on ebay or craigslist, keep it, give it to a friend, or recycle it. Apple has a free recycling program.
I'd probably keep it for a while just to see if I would ever decide to use it again. If not, I'd either donate it or recycle it. Shipping a PowerMac will be expensive if you sell it through ebay or craigslist.
