Is there a 2 button mouse available for Macs? Right clicking seems convenient to me.

yeah, pretty much any USB mouse will work with mac
no drivers necessary.

I'd personally reccomend the Microsoft Optical Wheel Mouse. It's 20 USD at any place you would find one, and it has left, right, and a scroll wheel (with middle button functionality). Very high quality!
