They installed it Windows 7

First, that's a Mid 2009 13" MBP. Would you be more specific about the problem you're having? You stated that Windows 7 was installed. We need to know is that a dual boot installation using Boot Camp? And exactly what's wrong? Also tell us which version of OS X you're using.

Hi,
I don't know how was installed windows 7. The computer has Leopard 10.5.
When turn on it, the battery's leds is blinking. The screen no show anything.
How I proceed?
Moreover I haven't the restore dvd.

Well, the first thing is to obtain a retail copy of Leopard so that you can run some hardware tests on the machine. Also, it sounds like the battery may be defective. A retail version of Leopard is going to be expensive, probably around $100 or more. Check with eBay. (make sure it's a retail version - black color)
