Is there an upgrade or an app that will put a mouse on the screen of an iPad 1? I need it for a program that requires scrolling using up and down arrows to see the entire field. I can't seem to make it work with my fingers or a stylis...I need a mouse

Sorry, no. What you need is Not An iPad then.

Along withy maybe a word to the developer about how dumb it is to ignore how a program looks on an iOS device in the year 2012 ...

What program is it, incidentally.
