I'm not posting a problem or anything like that. I am, however posting a post of thanks! I as a gift received a "vintage" as apple called it i mac. My problem was at the time was can't boot into Mac os it would just boot to Windows OS. The problem was a keyboard issue. I got another keyboard a couple keystrokes later I am in business.

I wanted to thank all who helped me...Thank You! I have always been a PC guy and with the recent acquisition of a Iphone (work provided) an old Ipod (several Christmases ago) I pad 2 I got my wife for Christmas this year and now the I Mac.

I am amazed at just how great the interface (feel) of the machines are. for a 6yo mac it does just great. I have to upgrade to snow leopard but everything is running great!

I hope to install Final cut once I have upgraded the OS but NOW I see what the craze is all about **** YOU APPLE....I'm hooked!

Once again thank you everyone!

Matt

That iMac is not so "vintage" if it will handle Snow Leopard. Enjoy!
