do you mean in general or if it's stuck?

In general you can drag it to the trash if you have a mouse attached. Or you can go into finder and click the arrows beside the disk OR right click it and the option to eject is in the popout menu.. I think also there are other ways but I'm not on my MBP at the moment..

If it's stuck, it may pop out at shut down or start up? You can also try DVD stuck in MacBook Pro - Silvermac or Apple Computers: Troubleshooting the slot load optical disc drive

Hope that helps

invincible ignorance is an example of ignorance that can not be removed by any amount of evidence. It's now a widespread form of pollution. (Revised quote) An apple a day, keeps the psychiatrist away.. If you play a Windows install CD backwards it has satanic verses

Isn't there an eject button on the keyboard? I think you can also drag it into the trash even if you don't have a mouse attached, you have to click with your thumb and drag with your finger to put it in the trash.
