Running Multiple Instances of the Same Program
How do you run multiple instances in OS X? Like I'm using the Microsoft Remote Desktop Client and I want to connect to multiple machines at the same time, but I can't. It only opens once. In Windows XP, I can open multiple terminal sessions and multiple notepad windows at the same time.

Is there some key combination + mouse click to start a new instance?

The only thing I have been able to find for RDP is to install rdesktop from Fink or Darwin ports. It needs X11 installed but it will let you open as many RDP sessions as you require.
