Why do you love your Mac?

Hey all! I'm new here, and I'm wondering if you'd be willing to help me out with a class project I'm working on.

I'm researching the "love group" of a certain product, and I figured why not the Mac? I love it, and I find the people that are Apple devotees to be pretty neat.

So, if you're willing, would you tell me a little about your experience? Why do you love it? Why did you choose it? Any experiences that stick out (with your Mac, in the Apple store, etc.?) What drives you to tell someone to come over to the Apple side?

...and whatever else you'd like to say. I'd really appreciate your thoughts.

Thank you!

With me, reliability and Stability of the OS. I never have to mess with it. I do run some small maintenance on it every couple of months but that is it. When I need to get something done, my Computer and OS are ready and waiting to assist me. I don't have to run virus scans and malware removal first. I run 10-15 things at the same time 24 hours a day and it never lets me down.

That alone saves me so much time and makes the computer a joy to use.

Absolutely perfect reason as to why I love all of my Macs as well. The reliability and performance of the OS are unmatched by any Windows computer.

I've written lengthier posts on this exact same topic (we tend to get this every month or two, do a search) but here's a very condensed version:

Mac OS X is a superior operating system, and the company successfully expresses its genuine desire to make the best product possible for the benefit and pleasure of the end users.

There are not a whole lot of other companies you can honestly say that about. There are some, but not as many as there should be.
