My wife has a macbook running OS10 Snow Leopard. When I was installing new software I was asked for her password which she has conveniently lost. How do I get it or change to a new password?

Do you have your original install media for the MacBook? Boot with it, select Utilities from the top menu, and change the password.

I have lost the password for the intel windows partition of my hard drive. (I also seem to have misplaced the install disk for my 2.5 GHz Intel Macbook Pro.) The password for logging into Vista is not in my keychain. Any suggestions?
