A more descriptive thread title would be better as well!

    Specs:
    2012 13" MBP (2.5 i5, 8GB)
Changed the title to something descriptive. This will help elicit responses.

Ejecting a disc is easy - you can either drag it to the Trash, hold down the eject button on the keyboard or click the eject icon next to the disc in the Finder sidebar.

    Specs:
    27" 5K iMac, 3.3GHz, 256GB Flash Storge, 16GB memory and OS X.11.3.
And if all those fail, reboot and hold down the mouse button after the chime and keep it held down until the disc pops out.
Hang on to those original install discs like grim death! Using OS X.7 or later make a bootable USB thumb drive before running Installer!
