The i7 processor is an Intel processor so you need to get the Intel (or Universal) version when you get applications.

When downloading is says “FileZilla” is an application downloaded from the Internet. Are you sure you want to open it? Is this a problem?

No - this is common. This will happen the first time you open something that is downloaded. It serves as a warning in case something is accidentally downloaded and executed that you don't want to open.
